Visit beautiful Tucson, gateway to the scenic wonders of Southern Arizona, and discover the exciting vacation opportunities it has to offer.  Known as the "Spa Capital of Arizona," there are Tucson hotels, motels and resorts in every price range.

The Coronado National Forest,  Saguaro National Park and Ironwood Forest National Monument are just three of the major attractions to see in Tucson.  This spectacular photo of giant saguaro cactus framed by a colorful rainbow provides a small glimpse of what you can expect to see in the Sonoran Desert surrounding the city.  Scenes like this are common in late summer, when afternoon thundershowers roll across the desert. Established in 1700 as a Spanish outpost, Tucson has become the second largest city in Arizona and one of the fastest growing cities in the U.S.  Today it is known as one of the top spa and golf destinations in the world.  With up to 360 days of sunshine per year, the weather is always great for outdoor events.  World class hiking, camping, mountain biking, rock climbing, hot air ballooning, sky diving and caving bring adventurers and thrill seekers from around the globe.

Tucson is home to the University of Arizona, the Arizona Sonoran Desert Museum, the Pima Air & Space Museum, the Tucson Botancial Gardens and the Old Tucson Movie Studio.  Catalina State Park, Colassal Cave Mountain Park and Karchner Caverns State Park are all within a short drive from downtown.

With an economy centered on higher education and aerospace technology, Tucson is also the commercial hub for Southern Arizona.  Tucson  is serviced by air, rail, and bus transportation.  Visitors will find cultural events ranging from great music to street fairs and art shows.  Tucson is also a popular retirement area.  We've put together a list of Tucson Realtors® and included a Tucson area map for visitors thinking of relocating here.
